I have to break the sugar and flour addiction for good.
If I can do it with cigarettes, I can do it with sugar and flour.
No more goofing around with the idea. I stop in 2021. That was my pledge.
I have to [t]o (do) it once and for all.
I am listening to Mozart right now. I definitely can listen to Mozart for 10 hours in a row.

This year I blew up my diet and exercise.
It seems that diet and exercise are the two most challenging things in my life.
Therefore, if I can exercise 6 days a week and stop eating sugar and flour, I am a success.
I eat OMAD. No extended fasting.
