 I can say that overall my life is crappy and yet it is spotted with sporadic points of joy.  Or I can say, in the beginning, I had a challenging life but like a dragon should be, it is an undulating lifecycle.

My point is, we create our own reality.  We are the director of our life script.  Simply create!

Like right now, I create a rule to start exercising at 5:30 am because it makes me feel good.  I think therefore I am.

For the sake of breaking the pattern, just for today, I start at 5.45 am.  

Who decides on our direction in life?  If we don't decide on it, somebody else will.

As a successful living organism, we should move toward what makes us successful.  We should avoid destruction.

The issue here is we have a distorted definition of success.  So what is success really?  Well for me, whatever makes me Healthy and Happy.

What that immediately means is for me to get up and go for my sacred 1-hour walk.  Focus on the process, not the outcome.
