8/12/21 ###The Man Who Fell to Earth

 Basically, I am all geared up for the next 3 years.

I had concluded my tenure as the emeritus coach and consultant serving Starfleet for the past 4 years.

I am not interested to pursue Public Victory.  Sufficient that I attain Private Victory for my own delight.  All my deals were conclusive.  I had even executed the operational matters.  I don't need to loiter, just because I have not collected my fees.

So what if I finish my assignment ahead of everybody?  I was already running when most of you were still lulled by the morning gust.

The way I see it, there is a wave going in a certain direction.  There are those who ride the wave.  At the same time, there are those who chose to go against the wave.

That's why I said, in the end, the game is played between the dummies and the smarties.  As always, the mark of the human species is our ability to adapt.

Do not underestimate the dummies.  They have the numbers on their side.  Therefore they seek safety in numbers.  They also have the power of the mob behind them.

Therefore the smarties' biggest advantage is the ability to hold to their position, no matter what.  The smarties' strength is they are resilient.

That is why in any battle. those who can outlast their nemesis are the victors.

I mentioned many times; our challenge is to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm day in and day out.

If we can do that, we can go the distance.  Much like running the marathon.  When you do long-distance running, the emotional fluctuation is undulating.  The high can be dizzying high.  At the same time, the low is downright low.

Thus, the winners are those who are willing to go the extra mile.

Whatever the case may be, Private Victory before Public Victory.

Since you all mirror my PCs, I will not tweet you anymore. All commentaries are on the blog.

We went through the rationalization sometime back.  Somehow I was not confident with the deployment.

So now it is confirmed.  Besides Sarah, Starfleet also mirrors my PCs.  

Looks like everybody is expecting me to continue writing.

If that is the case, for the next 3 years, I want to pursue my Ikigai as the Athlete4Life Warrior Wordsmith.

So I am becoming Sid the Sloth, Fire King.  This is a luxury.  From a shift stick to automatic.

Silly me, we went through the rationalization before.  I should have faith in my crew.

OK Rex, here is the game plan.  I am buying the iPad today.  After that, I will proceed with my plan to live in isolation.

I'm not going to wait for everybody to be ready.  I am ever ready.  I will move on with my plan.

Life of isolation is good.

Within my 5 km radius, I have all that I need.

Therefore, these next 3 years are really the gestation period.  Or better known as the cocooning phase.

During this time I shall reinvent myself in line with the philosophy of a Sound Mind and a Sound Body.

It helps much *[that] (if) I have a local Project Director, equivalent to Sarah.

* I wonder who is the *perso[d] (person).

* No wonder...  For practical purposes, I shall call you LPD or Miss Lipid LOL.

I want to start materializing Yayasan Jamal Moslim Al Farisi, Norlizah Ahmad Foundation and Persatuan Orang Seberang Pandai Berdagang.

It is Lizzie's wish to increase the vocational competencies among youths.  It could be One County One Competency.  That will be the Norlizah Ahmad Foundation.

Yayasan Jamal Moslim Al Farisi is focused on giving scholarships to Medic Students.  I want to groom troops of doctors as my ambassadors.  Specifically, I want them to focus on the prevention of chronic illnesses.  Pretty much having Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Ranga Chatterjee as the advisors.

As for Persatuan Orang Seberang Pandai Berdagang, I want to offer the big brother concept.  Big Brother provides seed capital, handhold, and offer marketing skill to startups.  In exchange, there will be small equity ownership for the directors.  Here we match the grey hairs and the budding entrepreneurs.

Surely, I need trustworthy and competent associates to handle these entities.  If not, I just keep things among the House of Sha.

Each entity needs patrons.  The Foundation is for the Betas and the Yayasan is for the Alphas. The Persatuan is for any descendants of overseas immigrants.

I am mentally prepared to collapse my organization to only me.  It all depends on what happens in 2024.  Simple, no money no honey.

The money I have and the reserve with Lizzie are sufficient for us both provided we don't have major illnesses.

I told Lizzie, should I contact a major illness, don't bother spending money on me.  Just let me die.
